We offer a wide range of custom handmade  items. Stickers, decals, mugs, shirts, hoodies, jewelry, and more. Our artists can craft just about anything you are looking for. We also offer custom designed products as well.

Of course! We take pride in our work. We do everything possible to ensure our products are top-notch. If there are any issues we will do anything we can to ensure it is right. No one wants to get stuck with an item they are not happy with. Remember we are also fans and customers too. 

This happens in any industry. Sometimes the equipment malfunctions, sometimes we mess up. We triple check all our products for defects and if we are not satisfied they go in a box labeled mistakes. Sometimes items may be off centered, colors not exact to the design. There are all kinds of reasons. If an item is just trash we try to recycle materials that can be recycled by taking them to recycling centers. We try our best not to create more waste.

We also donate clothing, and items to local homeless  organizations  that can help distribute items to those in need

Any item that we can not donate we do offer  to anyone interested. Some are free and some are a few bucks (mugs, tumblers, t-shirts). If you are interested just let us know.

 We are a small business so we do not have storage for all products. We do have a large inventory of smaller items like stickers, mugs, bookmarks, and some t-shirts. When we list something on the website the item has been made in small batches to ensure the design and quality is perfect. The design, screens for shirts, all production info is saved. We can craft these items as soon as we have the materials to make them. We do have a good stock of materials. Most of the time mugs, shirts, tumblers, keychains can be crafted the same day. If we do not have the right size or color we usually have it the next day. 

If we have materials we can schedule time to spend with you in person and yes we can craft while we chat, have a snack if the order is small. For larger orders we can schedule time to sit down, make samples, enjoy some tea, or coffee and plan out how long it will take to complete your order. Larger orders can take a few days.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US.

Yes, we offer free local pickup and can delivery within our service area for a small fee. Contact us for details or choose local pickup or delivery when placing an order.

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all items listed on our website. All custom designs and custom made products are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for more information.

 We offer the flexibility of no minimum order requirements, no setup fees. Whether you need just one item or up to a thousand, we are here to accommodate all of your needs. 

 Yes we can help in several ways! Many bands and fan clubs want to promote themselves and the cost of having merch can be expensive. No one wants to offer items that don't sell or take a long time to recoup your investment. We can work with you and create small batches to present at shows, cons, and pop-ups. We are always ready to create more when you need it.

We can also offer your followers, members, and supporters a way to view products and services without any major cost to you. You can sit with us and make and design products you want to offer and we can help you list them on your website or on ours and then create those items as needed.
